This Prelicensing course consists of basic real estate principles and practices and satisfies the minimum 75 hour requirement established by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. In this class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics. Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.

BICUP
BIC OR BIC Eligible? Then this mandatory update class is for you. This is a 4-hour course created by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and is the required update course for BIC and BIC Eligible licensees. This fulfills 4 hours of CE credit for the June 10, 2025. Instructor: Ashley Martin
*This update course is for BIC and BIC Eligible licensees only. Provisional and Non Provisional licensees are required to take the General Update course.
